Terms and Conditions
1. Ordering: Orders must be placed at least 2 days prior to the event date.
2. Cancellation: No refunds will be given after the order has been confirmed.
3. Discussion of Details: After ordering, please contact us to discuss further details of the decoration.
4. Location: Decorations can only be done in private pools (not in public or shared pools).
5. Contact: Please ensure that you are contactable (by providing your contact details) for order confirmation.

Uncontactable persons will have their orders cancelled automatically.
6. Pool Size: If you are unsure about your villa pool size, please select the "REQUEST MEASUREMENT" option.
7. Confirmation with Villa: After ordering, please contact your villa host/villa management to inform them that you have booked a pool decoration and require the pool to be switched off on the selected date.
8. Villa Day Use: If you do not have access to a private pool, we can provide a villa day use for your experience.

Please select the "Villa Day Use + Pool Decor" option.
9. Pool Cleaning: Please ensure that your villa host/villa management is aware that you will be responsible for cleaning the pool after the decoration

(either included in your purchase or self-arranged).

10. We will cleanning the decor after you done max 24 hour after date, pease contact us.
