We're excited to help make your event unforgettable! To ensure a smooth experience, please review our terms and conditions below.

1. Ordering Deadline: Please place your order at least 2 days prior to the event date.
2. Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be given after order confirmation.
3. Detail Discussion: After ordering, our team will contact you to discuss decoration details.
4. Location: Decorations are only available for private pools (not public or shared pools).
5. Contact Information: Please ensure you're reachable by providing accurate contact details. Uncontactable persons risk order cancellation.
6. Pool Size: If unsure about your pool size, select "REQUEST MEASUREMENT" for assistance.
7. Villa Coordination: Inform your villa host/management about the pool decoration and require the pool to be switched off on the selected date.
8. Villa Day Use: If you don't have access to a private pool, consider our "Villa Day Use + Pool Decor" option.
9. Pool Cleaning: Ensure your villa host/management is aware of pool cleaning responsibilities after the decoration.
10. Decoration Removal: We'll clean up the decoration within 24 hours after the event. Please contact us to arrange.
