Identity Verification: The renter must show original identification (not a photocopy), at least two valid IDs (KTP, SIM, STNK, KK, Passport, or other government-issued IDs). The renter must also have at least one active social media account (Instagram/Facebook). Provide all requested information to facilitate the approval process.
For Renters Traveling to Bali: Renters who are on vacation in Bali must provide a booking ticket for accommodation and a flight ticket.
For Renters with a Non-Bali KTP: Renters with a KTP from outside Bali but residing in Bali must provide a valid residence permit, such as STID, KIPEM, or other local documents.
Late Return Policy: The maximum delay for pick-up is 2 hours. A late return of the camera will incur a penalty of IDR 20,000 per hour, and if more than 5 hours late, an additional 1-day rental fee will be charged.
Rescheduling & Cancellation: Rescheduling must be done at least 3 days in advance (H-3). Cancellations made on the same day (H-day) will result in the loss of the deposit.
Data Verification: Fujirent reserves the right to refuse the rental if the renter does not pass the data verification process. In such cases, the deposit will be refunded.
File Responsibility: During the rental period, all files (photos/videos) on the memory device are the renter's responsibility. Fujirent Bali is not responsible for any data loss in any form.
Photo Storage: Photos must be stored within 1 week. If photos are lost after 1 week, Fujirent Bali will not be held responsible.
Damage & Loss Responsibility: During the rental period, if any damage or loss occurs to the camera, lens, or other equipment, the renter is fully responsible and must replace the damaged or lost item with an equivalent model.
Agreement & Signature: By renting from Fujirent Bali, the renter agrees to all terms and conditions listed here and will sign the rental form upon pick-up or delivery of the unit.
