1. Pickup & Return:
   All rented equipment must be picked up and returned in good condition at Bert Lighting Asia's office. No delivery service is provided.

2. Transport Requirements:
   Renters must use safe and roadworthy vehicles for equipment transport. Open trucks or motorcycles are not recommended.

3. Rental Duration:
   Daily rental periods are calculated as follows:

   • Crew call 04:00-07:00: 23 hours
   • Crew call 07:00-10:00: 21 hours
   • Crew call 10:00-13:00: 19 hours
   • Crew call 13:00-16:00: 15 hours
     Returns must be made by 06:00 the next day. Overtime charges apply:
   • First 3 hours: 50% of the daily rate
   • Next 3 hours: 100% of the daily rate.

4. Liability:
   Renters are responsible for all loss or damage during transit or use. Dangerous scenes (e.g., explosions, water use) require prior approval and a signed agreement.

5. Damages:

   • Tungsten lamp bulb: 100% replacement cost
   • HMI/Daylight bulb: 50% replacement cost
   • HMI/M Series lens damage: 100% replacement cost

6. Out-of-Town Shoots:
   Renters must cover transportation, accommodation, meals, and daily allowances for crew accompanying equipment. Working hours are calculated from departure time.

7. Crew Working Hours:

   • Crew call 04:00-07:00: 20 hours
   • Crew call 07:00-10:00: 17 hours
   • Night shoots: 12 hours

8. Cancellations:
   Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of equipment rental plus 50% of crew fees.

9. Payment:
   Government taxes are the responsibility of both parties. Long-term rentals require payment in two installments.
