Terms & Conditions for Booking with Diving Indo

Booking Information: To ensure we provide the best service, please provide the following details when booking:

• Guest name, hotel, and room number
• Number of divers and non-divers
• Mobile phone number (if possible)
• Prices are listed in USD. We may require adjustments based on the latest currency exchange rates.
• Previous diving experience or certification status
• Dive destination preferences: NP, MP, TU, PB, MJ
• Equipment sizes: shoe size, height (in cm), body weight (in kg)

Courses:

• PADI dive courses available in Russian, English, Polish, and Bahasa Indonesia.

Private Boat Charter :

• Sole use of the boat for up to 4 people in the Nusa Penida area.
• Includes private return transfer, snorkeling equipment, 1 hour of trolling en route, soft drinks, fruit basket, beach towels, tour guide assistance, and a seafood BBQ buffet lunch at a restaurant.
• Additional charges may apply for scuba diving, trolling for more than one hour, alcohol, trips to remote areas, and special requests.
• Private trips can be tailored to guest requests and expectations.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• No refunds after booking. However, we can discuss rescheduling.
• In case of adverse weather conditions, we adhere to the authorities' rules. Changes due to weather are beyond our control.
• Diving requires a minimum number of participants. We may need to reschedule or partner you with another group or vendor to meet the minimum requirement.
