Vessel Substitution and Delay
For safety reasons, Our Company reserves the right to change the vessel, departure time, and port without liability.

The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury due to substitution, cancellation, or delay.

Additional costs for accommodation or alternative travel methods arising from these changes are the responsibility of the passengers.

The company may also change or cancel trips due to emergencies without prior notice.

Booking Changes and Open Ticket
Open or return tickets depend on seat availability. Booking must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure in regular season and 4 days before in high season (June-August).

Luggage Allowance
Each passenger may carry 2 pieces of luggage, not exceeding 20 kg. The company reserves the right to inspect baggage and refuse dangerous items.

This Vessel is not responsible for loss or damage to baggage during transit.

Connecting Flights
This Vessel is a beach-to-beach service and is not responsible for any delays affecting connecting flights.

Cancellation Policy
If the company cancels the trip due to safety reasons (e.g., bad weather or sailing ban), no refund will be provided, but the trip will be rescheduled.

Refunds, if applicable, may be subject to a 3%-4% bank fee deduction. No cancellations allowed after booking.

Other Terms
This Vessel reserves the right to change vessels, departure times, and ports based on circumstances. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
