Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Gasoline: The rented vehicle shall be returned with the same amount of gasoline as when it was received. Failure to do so shall be subject to an additional charge.
2. Deposit: A refundable deposit of Rp. 500,000 shall be paid by the customer prior to renting the vehicle.
3. Accidents and Fines: The customer shall be responsible for settling any accidents or police fines incurred during the rental period.
4. Bike Maintenance: In the event of any problem with the bike, the customer shall contact us immediately.
5. Lost or Damaged Items: The customer shall be responsible for any lost or damaged items, including keys, helmets, or other materials provided with the bike.
6. Damages and Accidents: The customer shall be responsible for any damages or accidents caused to the bike during the rental period.
7. Agreement: A fully agreed-upon contract shall be signed by the customer upon receiving the bike.
8. Customer Information: The customer shall provide all required details, and failure to do so may result in the refusal of the rental request.
