Terms and Conditions for Motorcycle Rental

1. Required Documents
   To rent a motorcycle, customers must provide the following:

   • A valid passport.
   • Proof of hotel booking within Bali.
   • A valid driver's license suitable for operating motorcycles in Indonesia. All documents must be photocopied or documented at the time of booking.

2. Rental Area

   • The motorcycle rental is strictly limited to usage within the Bali area only.

3. Security Deposit

   • A refundable security deposit of IDR 500,000 is required upon vehicle pickup. The deposit will be returned upon the safe return of the motorcycle, provided no damages, loss, or violations occur.

4. Cancellation Policy

   • No Refund After Booking: Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be provided for cancellations. Ensure your plans are final before making a reservation.

5. Rental Agreement

   • The full rental agreement, including detailed terms and conditions, will be explained during the handover of the vehicle. Customers will be required to read, sign, and acknowledge the agreement in the presence of our staff before the rental begins.

6. Safety and Responsibility

   • Renters are responsible for ensuring their safety and adhering to traffic rules and regulations during the rental period. The company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or legal violations incurred during usage.

7. Damages and Loss

   • Renters are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the motorcycle during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit, and additional charges may apply if damages exceed the deposit amount.

8. Prohibited Usage

   • The motorcycle must not be used for racing, off-road activities, or any illegal purposes. Violation of this condition will result in immediate contract termination and forfeiture of the security deposit.

9. Fuel Policy

   • The motorcycle will be handed over with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level. A surcharge will apply for any shortage.

10. Force Majeure

• The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

1. Helmets and Safety Gear

• Helmets are provided as part of the rental. Renters are required to wear helmets and ensure passenger safety at all times.
