**Terms and Conditions**

1. **Refundable Security Deposit**

- A deposit starting from Rp. 500k is required and will be explained during bike delivery.

2. **Driver Requirements**

- Age: 18–71 years, valid license required (+International Permit if needed).

- Helmets mandatory; replacements for lost/damaged helmets available.

- Lock bikes and park in designated areas.

3. **Motorcycle Use**

- Renters are responsible for damage, loss, or accidents (insurance optional).

- Do not remove stickers, plates, or accessories.

- Exchanges allowed within 24 hours (fees apply for upgrades).

- Return on time to avoid extra charges. Bikes for on-road use only.

4. **Delivery and Collection**

- Free delivery in our range area

- During unattended collection, send photos and leave keys with hotel staff.

5. **Payment and Refunds**

- Full payment upfront. No refunds for unused periods.

- No refund after booking, reschedule based on avibility.

6. **Additional Terms**

- Bikes must stay in Bali unless approved.

- Fines, damages, and lost items charged as follows: Helmet (Rp. 150k-200k), Phone Holder (Rp. 70k), Coat (Rp. 100k), Keys (Rp. 100k-1M).

- No driving under the influence; contact us for assistance if needed.

7. Valid ID, Passport, driver license, proof of travel will be required.
