Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Requirements:

• Identification:
  • Provide a valid ID and driver's license.
  • Present hotel booking confirmation.
  • Share social media links for fast approval.
  • By providing more detil about yourself, will make faster in rental aproval
• Security Deposit:
  • A refundable security deposit of IDR 5,000,000 is required.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • All bookings are non-refundable upon confirmation.
  • Reschedule based on avaibility, but still non refundable.
• Bike Inspection:
  • Inspect the bike before renting. It is recommended to take photos or videos for your records.

2. Usage Rules:

• Passenger Limit:
  • A maximum of 2 adults is allowed per bike.
• Geographical Restrictions:
  • Bikes cannot be taken outside Bali Island.
• Late Returns:
  • Returns exceeding 1 hour late will incur an additional day's charge. More than 3 hours ubject full day rental

3. Customer Responsibilities:

• Damage and Loss Coverage:
  • Customers are responsible for covering costs related to:
    • New damages or scratches caused by accidents.
    • Lost or stolen bike, lost key, and any accessories.

4. Additional Terms & Conditions:

• Further Clarifications:
  • Any additional terms and conditions will be explained during the delivery of the vehicle.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellation Policy:
  • No cancellations or refunds are permitted after booking.
• Fuel Policy:
  • Gasoline is not included in the rental. The bike must be returned with the same amount of gasoline as received.

• Final Agreement:
  • More detailed terms and conditions will be signed during the handover of the vehicle.
  • We have full rights to refused your request to rent, as per our internal reason.
