Rental Terms & Conditions (Summary)

1. Rental Requirements:

   • Provide ID, driver’s license, hotel booking, and social media links for approval.
   • Security deposit: IDR 500,000 (non-refundable after booking).
   • Inspect the bike before renting (photos or videos recommended).

2. Usage Rules:

   • Maximum of 2 adults per bike.
   • Bikes cannot be taken outside Bali Island.
   • Late returns (over 1 hour) will incur an additional day's charge.

3. Customer Responsibilities:

   • Cover costs for:
     • New damages or scratches caused by accidents.
     • Lost/stolen bike, keys, helmet, or bike documents.
     • Flat tires.

4. Merchant Responsibilities:

   • Handle mechanical or electrical issues.
   • Provide replacement bikes for issues beyond customer control during the rental period.
