Terms & Conditions

1. **Pricing**: 

- **Delivery**: Rates do not include delivery to your area. Please contact us for delivery options, and we will calculate the cost.
   - Food & Beverages  packages are charged per 40 person.
   - Buffet menus require a minimum order of 40 pax.
   - Rates are inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge, unless stated otherwise. Surcharges may apply on public holidays.
   

2. **Inclusions and Exclusions**: 
   - Rates do not include Tiffany chairs, round/rectangle tables, or linens.
   - Rates include crockery, cutlery, glassware, tableware, serviceware, and staffing.

- Any missing items will incur a 100% replacement charge.

3. **Food Tasting**: 
   - Complimentary food tasting (up to 3 portions) is available at our Central Kitchen in Tanjung Benoa. Orders must be placed 14 days before the event.

4. **Beverage Packages**: 
   - All beverage packages include potato chips and peanuts.
   - Full bottles of alcohol will not be placed on tables upon guest request.
   - Shots are not included in the Classic Full Bar Package; please discuss with your Catering Sales Manager for options.

5. **Mixology Services**: 
   - Mixologists with premium custom cocktails and glassware are available upon request. Please consult your Catering Sales Manager for details.

6. **Alcohol Policy**: 
   - We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to guests deemed excessively intoxicated.
   - Due to fluctuating alcohol prices in Indonesia, package rates may change despite a deposit. We will notify you of any changes and work towards a solution.

7. **Breakage and Replacement**: 
   - Charges for breakage or replacement of glassware will be applied per piece.

8. **Dietary Requirements**: 
   - We can accommodate dietary requirements upon request. Guests must inform us of any allergies; we are not responsible for health issues arising from allergies.
