Terms and Conditions for Ayla 2019 Matic Rental

Required Documents:
- Photo ID card (KTP, NPWP, SIM, or Passport)
- Photo of driver’s license
- Photo/screenshot of hotel reservation
- Photos/screenshots of round-trip flight tickets (PP)

Deposit and Payment:
- A refundable security deposit of IDR 1,000,000 is required.
- Payments/DP received are non-refundable without exception.
- Full payment is due upon handing over the rental unit.

Rental Conditions:
- Minimum rental period: 2 days.
- Fuel condition: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when received.
- Damage or Loss: The renter is responsible for compensating any loss or damage resulting from misuse.
