Terms and Conditions of Tractor Rental

1. Rental Price and Inclusions: The rental price includes gasoline and a driver. The price does not include delivery costs, which will be charged separately.

2. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the rental date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the rental date will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

3. Delivery Costs:
- For PC 60, 75, and 78 models, a delivery fee of Rp. 1,500,000 will be charged.
- For PC 200, 500, and 700 models, a delivery fee of Rp. 4,000,000 will be charged.

4. Additional Agreements: Any additional agreements or arrangements will be discussed and confirmed at the time of delivery.

5. Machine Breakdown or Technical Issues:
- In the event of machine breakdown or technical issues, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the rental.
- We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of any delays or cancellations due to machine breakdown or technical issues.
- We will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from machine breakdown or technical issues.

6. Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any delays or cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government regulations.
