Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Location:
   To book your ticket, please navigate to Sanur Harbour: Jl. Matahari Terbit, Sanur Kaja, Denpasar Selatan, Kota Denpasar, Bali when you check out. No pick-up service is provided.

2. Please Book 24 Hour Before, for arrangement

3. Return Ticket:
   The return ticket is an open ticket, meaning you must arrange your return directly with the EL Rey team using the contact number provided during the departure process at Sanur Harbour.

4. Non-Refundable:
   All bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure your plans are final before completing the booking.

5. Rescheduling:
   Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed with the boat operator we provide. Please note, rescheduling is also non-refundable.

6. Check-In Time:
   Arrive at the harbor and complete check-in at least 30 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth boarding process.

7. Weather Conditions:
   Weather and sea conditions are beyond our control. Any cancellations made by the authorities due to weather conditions must be respected, and no refunds will be issued for such cancellations.

8. Delays:
   We are not responsible for any delays that may occur. Please arrange your travel schedule carefully to avoid missing any subsequent flights or activities.
