1. Minimum Participation: This activity requires a minimum of 2 persons to proceed.
2. Transportation: Transportation to and from the hotel is not included in the package.

Health and Safety
1. Health Priority: This activity is prioritized for healthy individuals.
2. Age Restriction: Children under 5 years old are not permitted to join this activity.
Equipment and Belongings
1. Camera and Smartphone Policy: Cameras and smartphones are not allowed in the river area.
2. Loss and Damage: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the activity will incur a 50% charge.
2. Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the activity will incur a 100% charge.
Weather and Natural Conditions
1. Force Majeure: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the activity due to unfavorable weather or natural conditions beyond our control.
Rescheduling
1. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is subject to availability. Please discuss with us to find a suitable solution, noting that our cancellation policy still applies.
