Terms & Conditions

• Required Documentation: The renter must present a valid driver’s license and either an ID card (KTP) or passport.
• We are able to do delivery and pick up around badung and denpasar area as per platform, but others area please contact us first or pick up at the garage.
• Late Return Fee: A 10% charge of the rental price per hour will apply for late returns.
• Restricted Travel: The vehicle may not be taken outside of Bali without the owner's permission.
• Full Payment: Rental fees must be paid in full (100%) upfront.
• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the rental fee, at any time. cancelation less than 7 days is 100% charge
• Prohibited Driving: Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Belongings: Renters should check their belongings before returning the vehicle. The owner is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.
• Security for Foreign Nationals: Foreign nationals are required to provide their original passport as security, while Indonesian nationals must provide complete personal data and a photo of their ID card (KTP).
• Damage Liability: If any damage occurs upon vehicle return, the renter (Second Party) is responsible for all repair costs, as well as the rental fee for the required repair period.
• No Insurance Coverage: The renter acknowledges that no insurance coverage is provided for rental car damage. In case of damage, the renter is responsible for all costs.
• Traffic Violations: Any traffic violations and associated costs are the responsibility of the renter.
• No Transfer or Subletting: The renter may not transfer or sublet the vehicle to another party.
• Total Loss or Theft: In case of vehicle theft or damage exceeding 50%, the renter is required to fully replace the vehicle within two working days.
• Legal Consequences: The renter may be reported to authorities if the agreement is not adhered to.
• Prohibited Areas: The vehicle may not be driven in off-road areas or on beaches.
• Violation of Rules: If the renter violates any of the terms, the owner reserves the right to retrieve the vehicle without the renter's consent.
