Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the activity date will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the activity date will be fully charged (100%).
Insurance:
Insurance is provided for all participants during the activity.
Transportation:
Transport is shared with other customers. (if its included)
Weather & Natural Conditions:
Weather and natural conditions are beyond our control. In cases of unfavorable conditions, we may need to delay or cancel the activity.
Please discuss with us if rescheduling is needed.
Minimum Booking:
A minimum booking of 2 persons is required.
