100% Fee: Applies if canceled within 3 days before the booking date or for no-shows.
Rescheduling: Must be confirmed 7 days prior, subject to availability. Only one rescheduling allowed.

Changes: Modify guest count or booking details at least 12 hours before.
Age: 1-70 years. Children under 16 must be with an adult and are not insured.
Clothing: Wear shoes, sunscreen, and bring a towel and change of clothes.
Weight Limit: Max 190 kg for double bookings.
Safety: This is a safe guided tour, not an extreme or racing activity.
