1. Proof of Travel:
To confirm your booking, you must provide:

• A booking confirmation for a 3-5 star hotel in Bali.( self Drive)
• A confirmed two-way flight ticket, with a return departure from Bali. ( self drive)

2. Documentation Required:
You are required to submit the following documents:

• A clear photo of the original KTP (Indonesian ID card), NPWP (Tax ID), and passport.
• Family Card (Kartu Keluarga), valid SIM (driver’s license), or Passport.
• Links to your social media for verification purposes.

3. Security Deposit:

• A refundable security deposit of IDR 500,000 - 1,000,000 is required. This deposit will be returned after the car is returned in good condition.
• For luxury cars, a refundable deposit of USD 300 is required.

4. Customer Responsibilities:
You are responsible for covering 100% of the costs for:

• New damages or scratches caused by accidents.
• Lost or stolen car, keys, helmet, or car documents.
• Flat tires.

5. Rental Agreement:

• A full rental agreement will be provided and explained in detail at the time of delivery.
• The booking is non-refundable after confirmation.
• The rental service is only available for use in the Bali area. Please contact us first before booking.

6. Additional Information:

• The rental duration is for 12 hours, which includes a driver and gasoline.
• Parking and toll fees are not included in the rental price.
• The rental price does not include gasoline and unit delivery fees.
• If the rental time exceeds the agreed duration, an extra charge will apply based on the type of vehicle.
• Non refundable after booking. Rescheduled based on avaibilty.
