1. Weather-Related Cancellations and Rescheduling

   • The cruise will be canceled and rescheduled if the Port Authority denies permission due to bad weather conditions (e.g., big waves, strong winds). In this case, the trip can be rescheduled but will not be eligible for a refund.
   • As all activities depend on weather conditions, the boat operator will not provide a full refund to guests or agents if bad weather interrupts the activities. This includes cases where activities must be stopped for guest safety.

3. Health and Safety Restrictions

   • Pregnant guests and those with severe or chronic medical conditions (e.g., heart disease, asthma, emphysema, tuberculosis, respiratory diseases, epilepsy, or other complications) are not permitted to join the cruise, visit islands, or participate in water sports activities.
   • Guests with such conditions must report them to our staff and/or crew and complete a safety agreement before participating.

4. Force Majeure

   • The boat operator shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure to operate due to force majeure events, including but not limited to war, strikes, riots, volcanic eruptions, floods, earthquakes, fires, lightning, hurricanes, tsunamis, new government policies or regulations, acts of God, or any other events beyond the operator's control.
5. Price is per time and date you prefered.

6. Renter Responsibilities

   • Renters are fully responsible for any loss or damage to the boat's property caused by themselves or their guests.

7. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations must be made at least 21 days (3 weeks) before the departure date. (Refunds may be subject to a 3%-4% deduction due to aggregator fees. Please check availability before making a reservation.)
   • Reschedule is 21 days prior activity date based on avaibility, and also impose cancelation terms.
