- The cargo load must not exceed the maximum weight capacity as per the Grand Max Box specifications and must comply with all applicable laws regarding vehicle loading limits.
Additional Assistance
- If you require additional assistance with loading or unloading, assistance can be arranged at a rate of Rp. 150,000 per person, per charter.

Booking and Refund Policy
- All bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued once the booking is confirmed.
